6.01 "Valhalley of the Dolls - Part 1" - "Valkyries Vixens - Part 1" - In denial about Leo's departure because of a spell Leo put on her, Piper begins having trouble controlling her powers. Paige casts a spell to help Piper cope but instead it gives her total amnesia. Believing the key to normalizing Piper lies with getting her in contact with Leo; Paige discovers that Leo is a prisoner on the Island of the Valkyries. Disguising themselves as Valkyries to infiltrate the island, Phoebe and Paige escape with Leo, but Piper decides to remain on the island rather than deal with her resentment towards Leo. Chris, responsible for Leo's imprisonment, becomes a driving force in Leo's rescue in order to cover up his involvement.
6.02 "Valhalley of the Dolls - Part 2" - "Valkyries Vixens - Part 2" - Having lost Piper to the Valkyries during Leo's rescue, Phoebe and Paige must figure out how to convince Piper to return to her life as a Charmed One. Unbeknownst to the girls, during their escape they were followed by a trio of warrior-slaves who are loose on the streets of San Francisco. Piper leads a group of Valkyries disguised as biker chicks to recapture both the rampaging warriors and her sisters. Convinced that Chris was behind his imprisonment, Leo tries to force a confession, but Chris makes it appear as if he was instrumental in helping the girls free Leo.
6.03 "Forget me.....not" - "Dragon Heat" - After Wyatt inadvertently brings an enormous dragon to life, he is taken away by The Cleaners, a group dedicated to preventing the exposure of magic. The Cleaners also erase all signs of Wyatt's existence. The next day, The Charmed Ones, having no memory of Wyatt, nonetheless feel as if they have forgotten something important in their lives. The sisters cast a spell to repeat the previous day. While reliving it, they come to realize that at some point Wyatt is going to be kidnapped by The Cleaners and they must figure out how to stop them this time around
6.04 - "The Power of Three Blondes" - "Dirty Blondes" - Stillman sister, wanting the Power of Three for themselves, magically steal the sister's identities. Using Paige, Phoebe and Piper's identities, the evil sisters lure them from the Manor to gain access to the Book of Shadows, which they subsequently use to steal The Charmed Ones' powers. Stripped of both their powers and identities, the girls must convince Chris that they are the real Halliwell sisters in order to get their lives back.
6.05 - "Love's a Witch" - Paige falls for Richard, the eldest son in a magical family that has been in a feud with their magical neighbors for years. Olivia, Richard's first love and daughter of the neighboring family, now a ghost, has been escalating the feud as a way of getting revenge for her death. When it appears as if Paige might successfully end the feud, Olivia possesses Paige's body to be with Richard and provoke the fighting to continue. Piper and Phoebe must exorcise Olivia's spirit from Paige's body and prevent her from destroying the warring families.
6.06 - "My Three Witches" - "Fantasies in the Flesh" -Believing that the Charmed Ones are neglecting their demon-fighting duties, Chris tries to teach them a lesson by making a deal with a demon Gith to create alternate realities to give the sisters the lives they think they want. Piper gets a normal, magic-free life with her son; Paige is able to use magic out in the open; and Phoebe ends up with a wildly successful talk show. But, the demon double-crosses Chris and the girls are trapped in worlds where their desires turn deadly.
6.07 - "Soul Survivor" - "Soul Sister" -Distraught that she was unable to save the life of a successful lawyer whom she had been working for, Paige discovers that the man made a Faustian deal with a demon. Determined to free the innocent's soul, Paige goes against the wishes of her sisters and trades her soul for the innocent, believes that Piper and Phoebe will come to her rescue. Faced with firing her insecure assistant, Phoebe uses her empathy power to soften the blow but ends up swapping emotions with the woman instead. Dating again, Piper wastes no time introducing her potential suitors to Wyatt who, unbeknownst to her, scares them off with his magical powers.
6.08 - "Sword and the City" - "Charmed in Camelot" - The Lady of the Lake appears before the Charmed Ones, pleading for their help in protecting Excalibur, the legendary Sword in the Stone. A dozen magical beings arrive at the manor to try their hand at pulling the sword from the stone, but it's Piper who finally pulls Excalibur out of the stone, causing a whirlwind that coalesces into a mysterious figure called Mordaunt. Richard realizes that Mordaunt can't be trusted, but before he can intervene, Mordaunt tricks Piper into relinquishing the sword and its power to him.
6.09 - "Little Monsters" - "Hot Mamas" - After vanquishing a Manticore demon, Piper, Phoebe and Paige become foster parents to its orphaned half-Manticore infant. Knowing that danger is near, Chris urges the girls to vanquish the baby, but they believe that if they raise the baby with love, it will not become evil. While waiting for the Manticore pack to come for the baby, Piper and Phoebe are taken by surprise when a Beast tries to kidnap the baby but ends up taking Piper instead. Piper learns that the Beast is the baby's father and helps reunite him with his son. Meanwhile, Phoebe surprises her boyfriend Jason when she blurts out her true feelings, and Paige gives Darryl a superpower.
6.10 - "Chris-Crossed" - "Rising Phoenix" - A mysterious woman from the future, Bianca, arrives to take Chris' powers and forcefully bring him back to the future. Leo discovers that Bianca is actually a Phoenix - part of an elite assassin family of witches. In a series of flash-forwards, it is revealed that Chris and Bianca are engaged in the future, and together conspired to send Chris back in time to save baby Wyatt from turning evil. Unable to stop Chris from returning to the future with Bianca, Piper, Phoebe and Paige provide him with a spell, which will give him back his powers and return him to the present. Meanwhile, Piper tells Phoebe and Paige that they can't put their lives on hold for the craft and convinces Paige to move in with Richard, and Phoebe to join Jason in Hong Kong. With the Charmed Ones scattered, the Power of Three is in danger
6.11 - "Witchstock" - After trying on a pair of her Grams' go-go boots, Paige finds herself transported back in time to an era of free love and free magic; and discovers Grams, a peace-loving hippie, who is on a crusade to rid the world of evil through the magical power of love, preparing for a "magical be-in" at the manor. Piper and Phoebe travel back in time to prevent Paige from changing the past and to make sure that Grams lives out her destiny to carry on the Charmed Ones' line. Meanwhile, Leo, Chris and the spirit of Grams fight to vanquish the Creeper, a slime-like blob that has surrounded the manor.
6.12 - "Prince Charmed" - After vanquishing a demon from Wyatt's room, Piper has an epiphany and decides to swear off men so that she can devote the rest of her life to raising and protecting Wyatt. Unable to handle Piper's revelation, Paige and Phoebe decide to remind Piper of the importance of love by conjuring up a "Mr. Right" as Piper's birthday present. Meanwhile, Chris uses Mr. Right's influence over the girls to convince them to bind Wyatt's powers so that he will not turn evil. While Wyatt is unable to use his powers, he is kidnapped by The Order, a demonic cult, whose members believe he is the reincarnation of their former leader.
6.13 - "Used Karma" - "Mata Hari" -- Phoebe, Paige and Piper inadvertently expose themselves as witches in front of Jason, causing him to leave Phoebe. Richard casts a spell to free himself of his family's negative karma, but accidentally channels the spirit of Mata Hari, a stripper and double agent during WWI, into Phoebe. Phoebe decides to get revenge on Jason by arranging for a demonic firing squad to kill him. Meanwhile, Piper and Paige try to vanquish a group of Swarm Demons, the last on Chris' list of the most significant threats to Wyatt.
6.14 - "The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell" - Leo's old mentor at Magic School, Gideon, calls upon Piper, Phoebe and Paige to find out who cast the spell of darkness upon the school and conjured up the Headless Horseman, who has been beheading the teachers. Meanwhile, Phoebe is sent on a vision quest by Enola, a young shaman student, and gets a glimpse into the future, where she discovers Chris' true identity.
6.15 - "I Dream of Phoebe" - An evil Genie uses Phoebe and tricks her into freeing her by exchanging places with her thus freeing her to pursue her goal to resurrect a magical lost city. Phoebe is forced to grant Chris three wishes - one of which is to have Piper and Leo sleep together to ensure his own existence. Meanwhile, Paige has difficulty convincing Richard that he needs to bind his powers.
6.16 - "The Courtship of Wyatt's Father" - "Midnight Rendezvous" - In an effort to kill Leo, Darklighters set out to send Leo to another plane. Plans go immediately wrong when Piper is accidentally sent to the plane with Leo. It's up to the sisters to find them and get them back. Meanwhile, Chris is slowly running out of time.
6.17 - "Hyde School Reunion" - Phoebe attends her high school reunion. Her issue with her wild teen years has her transforming into her younger self and casting a spell on the entire senior class. Meanwhile, Victor meets Chris.
6.18 - "Spin City" - Piper is singled out by the Spider Demon as her next victim. During the attack, Chris is infected by the Spider Demon's venom and slowly transforms into the Spider Demon himself. Meanwhile, Leo learns that Chris is his son and has to deal with Chris' issues of him.
6.19 - "Crimes and Witch-demeanors" - "Charmed on Trial" - When the Cleaners clean out magic to cover the Charmed Ones' vanquish, they 'clean' Darryl all they way to Death Row. The Charmed Ones appeal directly to the Tribunal and are put on Trial to save Darryl and to determine whether they'll be allowed to continue to use magic. In that scenario Phoebe's power, premonition, levitation, and empathy, are being strip off to her.
6.20 - "A Wrong Day's Journey Into Right" - "Stormy Leather" - With Piper away at magic school and Phoebe without her active powers, an overworked Paige re-conjures Mr. Right for "stress relief," but unknowingly releases his evil twin, Mr. Wrong. Appealing to Paige's dark side, Mr. Wrong uses his pheromones to trick her into realizing that the only way to achieve her secret desire - to be free and use her magic without fear of consequence - is to kill her sisters. To prevent Paige from executing his plan, Phoebe goes undercover as one of Mr. Wrong's Demonatrix assassins. Meanwhile, Chris ends up in prison after a run-in with Mr. Wrong, and Darryl informs the sisters that he will no longer cover for them.
6.21 - "Witch Wars" - "Reality Check" - Aware that Piper, Phoebe and Paige are on the verge of discovering that he is after Wyatt, Gideon conspires with two demons to make the girls part of "Witch Wars," a new demonic reality television show where demon contestants compete in a series of contests to hunt down the Charmed Ones, with the winning demon acquiring the witches' powers. Meanwhile, Chris informs the sisters that who ever is after Wyatt will get to him before Chris is born.
6.22 - "It's A Bad, Bad, Bad, Bad World (1)" - Under the guise of sending Chris back to the future, Gideon creates a portal that sends Chris and Leo to a mirrored world where evil prevails. Phoebe and Paige travel to the parallel universe to rescue Chris and Leo, only to find themselves in a battle with their evil counterparts. Meanwhile, Piper gives birth to baby Chris.
6.23 - "It's A Bad, Bad, Bad, Bad World (2)" - When Leo, Chris, Paige and Phoebe back in their own world, they realized that the world of their own is now in much worst. Leo and Chris must saved the sister because of Barbas idea to help Gideon. Chris got killed by Gideon to stop him from kidnapping Wyatt again. Leo make revenge to Gideon for kidnapping Wyatt and killing future Chris. Until then the Grand Design is now back in normal and Baby Chris is born.
